SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
California Residents will be charged 8% sales tax on their order. All orders will be subject to a $5.00 shipping & handling charge.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot (due to international laws or patent protections) be shipped to international destinations and we will indicate as such in the product description.
UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
KVA STAINLESS™ ships to all US & International addresses by UPS - except Post Office Boxes, which will be delivered by United States Postal Service. KVA STAINLESS™ ships to Post Office Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii by US Priority Mail.
Customs, Duty Tax and VAT - Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if necessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. KVA STAINLESS™ will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
CANCELING ORDERS
We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at jmccrink@kvastainless.com. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a thirty (30) day Return and Exchange policy. We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at our company undamaged. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping.
REFUNDS
- You have to inform us at via phone or email at jmccrink@kvastainless.com within seven (7) days if you intend to return/exchange and receive a return authorization number.
- No refunds after 30 days.
- State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
- If you return the item(s) without approval and authorization number, you will not get a refund.
- Return item must be in its original/unused condition. Returns of damaged or used goods will be rejected unless authorized by KVA STAINLESS™.
- Return Shipping Cost is non-refundable.
DEFECTS
Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of the production process. However, if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:
- Do not use the product. As soon as the product is used, there is no way to prove whether the defect was due to manufacturing or damaged by the user.
- Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera) photos of the defect and send them to jmccrink@kvastainles.com.
